Hub Services - Unplanned Disruption to Alert Notifications

Hub accounts began experiencing delays for alert notifications early this morning and then stopped entirely at around 10am. The problem has been identified and a fix issued as of 12PM. All Insteon Hub alerts have returned to normal operation.

  • Insteon app on iOS, Android and Windows
  • Insteon app on Apple Watch


The issue has been resolved and no customer action is required for Insteon Hub to return to normal operation.
