Hub Services - Unplanned Disruption

We experienced an outage of our backend services for the Insteon apps/ecosystem for about 10 minutes due to unplanned server reboots. The problem has since been resolved. 

Platforms Affected

  • Instead Hub and mobile app services:
    • Access, control, monitoring through Insteon for Hub app
    • Integration with Amazon Alexa voice services
    • Integration with Logitech
    • Any other 3rd party integrations that connect with Insteon using the Insteon API
