Insteon Hub - Unplanned Disruption

Starting this morning we began seeing a higher-than-normal error rate and latency on services that Insteon Hubs and mobile apps use for communication. Most services have since returned to normal but we are continuing to monitor closely. 

 

Services Affected

  • Control and monitoring from the Insteon app on iOS, Android and Windows
  • Integration with Amazon Alexa
  • Integration with Logitech Harmony
  • Any other 3rd Party integrations that connect to Insteon via the Insteon API
