To restore Push Notification services on your device after an unplanned service disruption, you need to relaunch the Insteon app on iPhone, iPad and iPod touch or sign out and back into the Insteon app on Android and Windows Phone. Android users will also need to clear the Insteon app cache from the Android Application Manager.

Basic Troubleshooting Steps
From the Insteon app, tap Settings and then Edit Settings.
Navigate to Settings.
Tap Application Manager.
Scroll through your Apps until you find Insteon.
Tap Clear Cache.

Double tap the Home button and swipe up to quit the Insteon app.
Tap Insteon to relaunch the Insteon app.
