Hub Services - Unplanned Disruption

From approx. 12:15am-12:30am PDT, our backend services experienced high latencies and high command failure rates due to temporary slowness on services that Insteon Hubs and mobile apps use for communication. The problem has since been resolved. 

Platforms Affected

  • Instead Hub and mobile app services:
    • Access, control, monitoring through Insteon for Hub app
    • Integration with Amazon Alexa voice services
    • Any other 3rd party integrations that connect with Insteon using the Insteon API
