Hub Services - Unplanned Disruption


We have identified and resolved an issue affecting Insteon Hub users in homes that use Telmex or Claro as their Internet service provider (ISP). The global time service was being the Insteon Hub was being blocked by these ISPs. Hubs that were not able to reach this service experienced time drift and an in some cases eventual loss of Hub connectivity. This issue has been resolved.
