Orders placed with FedEx Intl Priority, FedEx 2 Day, or FedEx Overnight by 12pm PT (Monday-Friday, non-holiday) are expected to ship same day.  Orders placed after 12pm PT are expected to ship the following business day. All other orders are expected to ship within 2 business days

Customers shipping to Canada will be responsible for all duties and import fees which will be due upon receipt.

Another great Insteon product.
This fan controller is one of many I have - a replacement for one that got submerged and died during a roof leak.
I have approaching 100 Insteon devices and always recommend them to others. Good that the company is back in action!

Easy physical install..... NOT so easy programming. The problem is based on what type of auto-software you are using. Implementation is very different for different platforms... and the docs available are few and far between.

Fan Control at a new Level

I purchased two fans for a covered patio with 11ft ceiling. I bought them without controls as I already new Insteon would solve my problem. I wanted the ability to control both fans from one wall switch and a remote. The fan and light controllers, coupled with a 6 button wall switch, 8 button remote configured for 4 buttons, and hub provided the solution. I was able to easily link the devices using the Director app and they install perfectly inside the fan cowls making them invisible. I scheduled them to come on low automatically at dawn and go off before retiring for the evening. My wife loves the ability to control both fans from one switch or remote! We have been spending more time outdoors on the patio now thanks to the ability of controlling the fans using Insteon.

I have five Insteon fan controllers throughout my house, and they have met my expectations in terms of functionality and ease of use. Setting up these controllers was straightforward. Once installed, they have performed flawlessly, providing convenient control over the ceiling fans in various rooms.

One area where the Insteon website could improve is providing more detailed information about compatibility. It would be beneficial if the product description explicitly stated the types of ceiling fans it is compatible with, including those with chain pulls, to avoid any confusion during the purchasing process.

Another aspect that could use more coverage is the programming capabilities of both the fan controllers and the keypads. While I found the setup intuitive overall, having detailed up-to-date instructions on programming different fan speeds and integrating them with Insteon keypads would be beneficial for users who want to fully customize their home automation setup.
