Shipping costs are calculated based on location and are available when checking out. Shipping delivery times are based on the date the order ships.

Orders placed by 12pm PT (Monday-Friday, non-holiday) are expected to ship the same day.  Orders placed after 12pm PT are expected to ship the following business day.

Customers shipping to Canada will be responsible for all duties and import fees which will be due upon receipt.

PRODUCT WARRANTY

New Products

New items have a 30-day return window and are warrantied for 2 years from the purchase date.

Refurbished Products

Refurbished items are guaranteed to be in good working condition but may have physical imperfections and/or may not include original packaging and documentation. If the product fails to work, you may exchange it for like product within 30 days of receipt.

Clearance Products

Clearance items are sold as-is and do not carry a warranty.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

New Product Returns

All products must be returned within 30 days of the shipped date, in new condition and in the original packaging (refunds exclude shipping fees). A Return Merchandise Authorization number must be obtained from Insteon customer support prior to returning the new product.

After 30 days of the shipped date, no refunds will be processed by Insteon. If the Product is defective, requires an exchange or falls under warranty, Insteon will direct you to customer support for further information.

Warranty Returns

Defective Products returned within 30 days of the shipped date will be replaced at no cost to you and Insteon will cover the return shipping costs when using USPS Ground Advantage. Contact support@insteon.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization number and further instructions.

After 30 days of the shipped date, no exchange will be processed by Insteon. If the product is defective, requires an exchange or falls under warranty, please contact Insteon customer support at support@insteon.com for further information

Mini Remote table stands

Had to wait a while before they were in stock again, but finally received. They work as advertised, though I didn't need both, just the stands. Would have liked the option to order either or rather than both, with appropriate savings.

opening garage door

I use the mini remote to open the garage door using the i/o control on the door. I also use the door opener sensor to run on the lights at night for 5 minutes when the door opens. I use my old isy994I for the program.

Visor clip doesn't survive car temperatures

Unless these have been redesigned, the ones I got a few years ago have all warped while in vehicles such that the remote does not stay snapped into place. I think they could be redesigned such that the metal spring counteracts this warping - maybe?
