Use this pre-labeled keypad kit to easily identify the buttons that control the speed of your fan. Keypad sold separately. 

Note: includes small buttons only (FAN HIGH, FAN MED, FAN LOW, FAN OFF). Does not include large ON and OFF buttons as shown installed in a 6-button Keypad.

Orders placed with FedEx Intl Priority, FedEx 2 Day, or FedEx Overnight by 12pm PT (Monday-Friday, non-holiday) are expected to ship same day.  Orders placed after 12pm PT are expected to ship the following business day. All other orders are expected to ship within 2 business days

Customers shipping to Canada will be responsible for all duties and import fees which will be due upon receipt.

New items have a 30-day return window and are warrantied for 2 years from the purchase date.

Refurbished Products

Refurbished items are guaranteed to be in good working condition but may have physical imperfections and/or may not include original packaging and documentation. If the product fails to work, you may exchange it for like product within 30 days of receipt.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

New Product Returns

All products must be returned within 30 days of the shipped date, in new condition and in the original packaging (refunds exclude shipping fees). A Return Merchandise Authorization number must be obtained from Insteon customer support prior to returning the new product.

After 30 days of the shipped date, no refunds will be processed by Insteon. If the Product is defective, requires an exchange or falls under warranty, Insteon will direct you to customer support for further information.

Warranty Returns

Defective Products returned within 30 days of the shipped date will be replaced at no cost to you and Insteon will cover the return shipping costs when using USPS Ground Advantage. Contact support@insteon.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization number and further instructions.

Expanding choices

I started using Insteon in my home automation and security at least a decade ago and since it’s rebirth, I’ve been adding the new products to my system. My recent purchase was a beginner’s system for a family member who expressed concern over his use of several different companies and having to use several apps to control his system. I miss those starter packs that used to be available and where I started with Insteon.

Easy installation

Installed switch with fan control for a bedroom fan. Installation was quick. One suggestion would be to allow for the switch button LEDs to be set to 0%.
