• Unfiltered pass-through outlet on the front of device
• Does not effect higher frequencies on the AC line like FM intercoms and HomePNA devices

Shipping costs are calculated based on location and are available when checking out. Shipping delivery times are based on the date the order ships.

Orders placed by 12pm PT (Monday-Friday, non-holiday) are expected to ship the same day.  Orders placed after 12pm PT are expected to ship the following business day.

Customers shipping to Canada will be responsible for all duties and import fees which will be due upon receipt.

PRODUCT WARRANTY

New Products

New items have a 30-day return window and are warrantied for 2 years from the purchase date.

Refurbished Products

Refurbished items are guaranteed to be in good working condition but may have physical imperfections and/or may not include original packaging and documentation. If the product fails to work, you may exchange it for like product within 30 days of receipt.

Clearance Products

Clearance items are sold as-is and do not carry a warranty.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

New Product Returns

All products must be returned within 30 days of the shipped date, in new condition and in the original packaging (refunds exclude shipping fees). A Return Merchandise Authorization number must be obtained from Insteon customer support prior to returning the new product.

After 30 days of the shipped date, no refunds will be processed by Insteon. If the Product is defective, requires an exchange or falls under warranty, Insteon will direct you to customer support for further information.

Warranty Returns

Defective Products returned within 30 days of the shipped date will be replaced at no cost to you and Insteon will cover the return shipping costs when using USPS Ground Advantage. Contact support@insteon.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization number and further instructions.
