  • Once set up, you can unplug and move the controller to any room without losing programming.
    

  • For multi-device control this accommodates the 6- and 8-Button Dimmer Keypads and the new i3 Keypad.
    

  • The enclosure also fits the Insteon dimmers as well as i3 Paddle and Dial so you can create virtual 3-ways for single device control.

All products must be returned within 30 days of the shipped date, in new condition and in the original packaging (refunds exclude shipping fees). A Return Merchandise Authorization number must be obtained from Insteon customer support prior to returning the new product.



After 30 days of the shipped date, no refunds will be processed by Insteon. If the Product is defective, requires an exchange or falls under warranty, Insteon will direct you to customer support for further information.



Warranty Returns



Defective Products returned within 30 days of the shipped date will be replaced at no cost to you and Insteon will cover the return shipping costs when using USPS Ground Advantage. Contact support@insteon.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization number and further instructions.

 A great idea, with one caveat 
These enclosures turn a keypad into a portable control box and they work well for it. The caveat is the strain relief for the power cord. It can be a challenge getting that mounted properly; as I have arthritis in one hand I had to use pliers to squeeze it.  not what I expected!! 
I bought dimmer outlets, but it is not what i expected. This outlets needs a dimmer key that can be easily misplaced or lost, and the controlled outlet does not have a ground prong. not good!!!
 
  
 
   
 
  
 
 
  
 
 
  
  
 
The 'Tabletop Enclosure Kit for Keypads and Switches' housing is not designed for an outlet but for keypads or switches. When used with keypads and switches a ground wire is not needed because of the plastic case and the lack of any exposed metal parts.
