First, I wish everyone a joyful holiday season and a very happy New Year! 2023 went by in a flash for us here at Insteon and we are already looking forward to 2024 and what it will bring!
Speaking of holidays, we will be closed Christmas Day (Dec 25) and New Year’s Day (Jan 1). Additionally, orders placed after 11am PT on Dec 21 will not begin processing until Dec 26. Orders placed after 11am PT on Dec 28 will not begin processing until Jan 2. I also ask for your patience and understanding over the next few weeks as the holidays can impact our response times. We are a small team, and this time of year can affect our normal availability.
On the Director app front, we are very close to having support for the Micro Open/Close module so stay tuned for that. I also wanted to share that my co-founder, Richard, will begin sending out routine updates as well starting in January. These updates will focus on the Director app, future products, and software news.
One bit of exciting news is we now have LED Flicker/Glow Eliminators in our store! If you have LED lighting that never goes off completely or flickers, this could be your solution!
And, if you have not already checked out the Tabletop Enclosure Kit for Keypads and Switches, you will want to. These are great for bringing the convenience of a switch or keypad to your end table or nightstand.
Both the LED Flicker/Glow Eliminators and Tabletop Enclosure Kits are expected to begin shipping in early January.
